FantomBooks

FantomBooks was the book series arising from Fantom magazine. Carefully designed and printed, and published between 2010-11 in a limited number of copies, the first 3 FantomBooks – by Takashi Homma, Guido Guidi and Charlotte Dumas – gained critical praise, and the first 2 sold out in a matter of weeks. The 4th book edited by Fantom, Pionieri/Pioneers, retracing the history of Edison, Europe’s oldest energy company, through archival and new photography, was published in 2014 and privately distributed. In 2017, Fantom and Viasaterna co-edited the publication 2016 – On New Italian Photography, following the eponymous exhibition curated by Fantom for Viasaterna. Our latest book Salento Moderno. An inventory of private houses in Southern Puglia, was released in 2019 as the result of a Capo d’Arte project, developed in collaboration with Fantom and published by Humboldt Books.
